Creating Your Event

We take your initial event concept through the design and approval stages, prepare all the equipment and manage all the paperwork, build your event and make it live! On paper it seems like a very simple task but we know that this is far from the case.

Your branding and your visual look need to be perfect, the audio needs to be clear and defined, every technical aspect must be executed on time.

Let us make this process as hassle-free as possible.

FAQs

How long does the design process normally take?
This depends entirely on the complexity of the concept and the potential components that are needed, however we will always endeavour to work within your time frames and meet any and all deadlines.

Who handles the creation of content for graphics and presentations?
This is entirely up to you. Some of our clients create the graphics in-house with their marketing teams, some prefer us to make the content and some prefer our team and your team to work together – the decision is yours.

Should we have a venue arranged before bringing in a technical supplier for our event?
There is no strict answer to this however the general rule would be to have a technical supplier onboard as early as possible. Having us on board before booking your venue means we can offer advice on venues to suit the technical needs of your event. There’s also no problem in already having a venue booked; we can work around a venue who you have.
