Our venue support service offers a range of services for a variety of different venues including theatres, pubs, clubs and schools/educational institutions. We aim to provide regular onsite maintenance of equipment, PAT testing and asset management, additional dry hire needs and management/crewing assistance to help your venue perform at the top of its game.

Needing an upgrade or starting fresh? We can offer advice, design and implement changes to your venue to meet the ongoing and ever changing needs of live spaces. Our in-house wiring workshop allows us to pre-build items to minimise time onsite, so you can stay operational.

FAQs

We just need a few modifications to an existing setup, can you help with this?
Absolutely. We can deal with brand new installations, renovations or upgrades. No matter how big or small the job is.

As a client, do we have 1 person handling our install or more people?
This will depend entirely on the size of the job. As a standard, we will have a Project Manager and a small team carrying out the work but to simplify communications, you will only deal with your Project Manager in normal circumstances. We find this makes for the best continuity.

How would health and safety aspects be taken into consideration?
Health and Safety is of vital importance to us when carrying out any work and so all risks are assessed throughly and hazards removed or reduced as far as is practicable. We will deal with all RAMS documentation for our side of any installation and work with others in areas where we overlap.
